Financial controlling analyst (m/f)

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and report financial data (budgets, income statement, forecasts etc.) to senior management
• Setup, organize, maintain, update and improve various databases
• Analyze past results, perform variance analysis, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements
• Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts
• Assemble and summarize data to structure sophisticated reports on financial status and risks
• Coordinate with other members of the finance team and the external accounting to review financial information and forecasts
• Provide creative alternatives and recommendations to reduce costs and improve financial performance

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Management or a related field
• At least 3-5 years of experience in a finance or similar position;
• Excellent written and verbal Croatian and English communication skills
• Proficient excel knowledge
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills
• Experience with B2B E-commerce market in Croatia is a plus
• Self-driven and result-driven
• Problem-solving skills
• Operative individual who’s ready to work in start-up environment
